I think that the F...Thanks for all the information! I think that the Feingold diet is definitely part of our near future. We're already doing a lot of it, but having a handy book to look things up in would be nice. Like your kids, mine eat Crispix (ha ha ha) or Amish Friendship Bread for breakfast; more AFB for lunch, with organic PB, some fruit and cheese and water (we ditched juice); and for dinner it's anything goes, but it has to be healthy and include veggies. We started making a lot of our own household cleaners as well, so many out there are so very toxic and expensive (here, poison yourself while going broke! lol).
