Monday: Chicken Breasts Smothered in Tomatoes and Mozzarella I used the Cherry and Grape tomatoes out of my garden. I didn't do the broiler part, just added the Mozzarella and then put the lid on to melt it.
Classic Vanilla Ice Cream mmmmmmm... I love our ice cream maker!
Fresh Green Beans with Garlic Fresh Green Beans from our garden! I used oregano and left out the nuts and cayenne.
All of it was a big hit :o)
Tuesday: Natural spaghetti with Organic Spaghetti sauce and grass fed hamburger from Snake River Farms.
Wednesday: We grilled out. Natural hot dogs on homemade buns, veggies, and fruit.
Thursday: Egg Noodles with butter and leftover Chicken breast meat from Monday.
Friday: Macaroni pasta with natural beef and Organic sauce.
Saturday: Roast with carrots, potatoes, and Ms. Dash for seasonings. Homemade buns with butter. Tapioca pudding for dessert.
Sunday: Sister in law is buying Papa Murphy's tomorrow night for supper :o)
